Inspection of Raw Material and Quality Check of Products according to standards.
Responsible for product quality.
Furnishing daily progress report of the product and quality.
Assuring the test results of the finished products.
Verifying and signing all daily products
To maintain daily checklist and keep it in the record.
Coordinate with the QA/QC Manager setter to minimize non-conformity.
To check the quality of products in each and every section and report to QA/QC Manager in case of any problem concerning with product and the quality.
To ensure the cleanest possible environment in the production sections.
To keep a good moral attitude with his subordinates and colleagues.
To acquire awareness about ISO standards.
Develop and update the internal specifications for all ingredients utilizing current supplier specifications, standards, and industry standards.
Assist operations with creating, updating, and maintaining sanitation SOPs and verify from QA/QC Manager
Ensure COAs and HALAL certificates in compliance with current suppliers’ specifications. If problems arise with a COA contact the supplier and keep QA/QC Manager informed of the status of the issue.
Expedite QA tasks by providing help in supporting of specific projects.
Maintain and update the QA records, as directed.
To assist QA/QC Manager in performing his activities.
To keep up with all the activities regarding ISO.
