IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a reputed IT recruiting company and meet the following requirements:

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a reputed IT Recruiting Company
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
Master or Bachelor degree
Familiarity with recruiting tools and methods
Residency in Islamabad/Rawalpindi or willingness to relocate to this region

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates using various online platforms and networking events
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

NICE TO HAVE

Experience recruiting for SAP positions
Familiarity with SAP modules and terminology
Understanding of the SAP landscape and market trends
