We are a leading IT company offering a wide range of products and services, including domain registration, web hosting, email solutions, web and mobile application development, digital marketing, cloud services, security solutions, and more. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement:

    • First Month: Achieve a sales target of PKR 50,000 to earn a salary of PKR 100,000.
    • Second Month: Achieve a sales target of PKR 75,000 to maintain the salary of PKR 100,000.
    • Ongoing: Continuously meet or exceed sales targets, with salary eligibility requiring at least 50% of the salary amount to be generated as sales each month.
  • Sales Growth and Salary Increase:

    • Upon achieving sales equivalent to the base salary, the salary will increase by 25% for the following months.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, including domain registration, hosting services, digital marketing, cloud solutions, and more.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Reporting:

    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
    • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet changing market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in digital services sales.
  • Location: Must be based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tender Portal Experience (SAM.GOV or International or Local Tender Process Knowlegde)
  • Familiarity with IT products and services, including cloud computing, web hosting, and digital marketing.
