Job Title: Assistant Manager Operations.

Location: Islamabad.

Gender: Male/Female

Salary on Probation: 100,000 PKR Per Month

Salary after Probation: 150,000 PKR Per Month

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager Operations to oversee and streamline the activities Department. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise day-to-day operations within the Department.
Develop, implement, and improve operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Implement best practices to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and drive process improvements.
Manage resources effectively to achieve production targets while maintaining cost controls.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maximize their potential and contribute to departmental success.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Identify opportunities for innovation and suggest ways to enhance overall operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or 16 years of Education preferably in Operations Management, Business Administration, or any field is must. Master's degree is a plus.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. However, relevant experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of operational principles, process optimization, and performance metrics.
Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
