Job Purpose:

The incumbent will provide finance related operational services in line with organizational policies and donor’s guidelines under the overall umbrella of finance department.

KEY RESULT AREAS 

Technical Level

  • Data Archiving in Soft & Hard
  • To keep programs record (soft/hard) and to assist in analyse program reports for accurate information.
  • Assist to maintain Supporting of Program reporting through data management
  • Data punching and statistical reports for reporting
  • Management of all field data (Right-holders, baselines and studies)

 Operational Level

  • To Assist Record management (both soft & hard) related to job role.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems and other IT Equipment’s (Printer, Photocopier, Scanner)
  • Communication, Planning & Scheduling, Time, Stress & Conflict Management, Situation handling, Leadership Skills, Work load & team management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The following are the main responsibilities that the role holder will be accountable for:

Technical 

  • Creation of site layout/user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
  • Development of robust and user-friendly web applications using php Laravel framework.
  • Design and creation of relational database schemas.
  • Application/Framework design as needed.
  • Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed.
  • Routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications.
  • Preparation of weekly / monthly work plans against PMT (performance measured time frame) by ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks in stipulated time period.
  • Maintenance of hard record that includes information regarding MIS development. This may include data flow diagrams, report templates & other documentation.
  • Extend support to MEAL / MIS / Communications staff for gathering desired information.
  • Ensure availability of up to date info in MIS on regular basis with consultation of MIS / M&E.
  • Close coordination with MEAL department & line manager for technical guidance during the development & roll-out phase.

Operational

  • Assist in preparation & record management of financial record/information so that may be accessed by relevant individuals as & when needed.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and other progress reports for management’s info.
  • To Assist proper filling of forms & formats as per desired standard
  • Close coordination with Field Office Lead/District Coordinator & Finance Officer for effective implementation of policies / guidelines.

Organizational

  • Assist to ensure compliance with IR’s policies & procedures in true spirit for effective delivery of services.
  • Understanding of IR values and their demonstration in real time.
  • Abide by the IR zero tolerance policy towards bribery & corruption as well as sensitize others on coping mechanism so that they can raise voice as & when feel inappropriate.
  • Thorough knowledge of IR strategic priorities & the way you can contribute in its achievement.
  • Assist in identification & documentation of organizational successes for show casing IR work
  • Facilitate the organizational stance on clime change through adaptation of environment friendly & cost effective approaches in your domain.
  • Respect & promote the organizational stance on work force diversity & support the efforts being made for mainstreaming of marginalized groups i.e. Persons with disability and old age, minorities, Women & children etc. in carrying out organization activities.
  • Assist to ensure periodic field visits to witness the challenges and implementation of activities at ground level.
  • Assist to participation and facilitation in implementation of IR seasonal programmes.
