We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our team who is

  • Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
  • Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
  • Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
  • Managing the procurement of different products.
  • Negotiating price, quality of goods, deadline, and drafting contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D to confirm customer requirements, and determine accurate technical specifications.
  • Respond professionally and comprehensively to all requests and inquiries.
  • Other duties and responsibilities are subject to deliberation or discussion.
  • Can speak English/Hindi/Urdu.
  • Confident in dealing with people.
  • Good skills in MS Office.
  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
