iRT solutions is seeking experienced Business Development Officers to join our organisation as we expand our operations in the USA and the UK. This is a full-time position with US or UK working hours and based in our new offices in Phase 4 DHA.
- As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for helping generating leads, identify new strategic opportunities, analysing requirements, collaborate with the management team, and preparing content for proposals.
- You will work closely with management team to develop and promote best business development practices in areas around Technical Recruiting, BPO Services, Web and Mobile App Development.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Required Skills:
- Highly passionate, self starter, organised and motivated
- Experience cold calling clients in US/UK markets preferred
- Exceptional communicational skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
- Tech Savvy, Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and other softwares
