- To ensure complete compliance of safety rules during the operation & maintenance of boilers & chillers.
- To check daily log book and log sheets and make sure the 100/% compliance with the monitoring system.
- To prepare the Boiler for annual Inspection as per Boiler Inspectorate rules & regulations.
- To carry out routine inspection according to a daily checklist of Boiler, Chiller & Power Plant related auxiliaries (Pumps, cooling towers, Air handling units, exhaust fans, oil tanks, chilled water tanks, freshwater tanks), etc.
- To make sure that proper tools are being used for the maintenance job.
- To make sure that all preventive and scheduled maintenance for the boiler & chiller is carried out on time, to increase the reliability of the Plant.
- Check & maintain TDS & Ph of all cooling towers.
- Make sure that the proper chemical dozing in the Boiler feed Water Tank & Chiller Cooling Tower as per demand & keep all the parameters within the required range.
- To ensure that the freshwater supply as per departments’ requirements and excess water should be properly stored in CRM or other water storage tanks.
- Any other duty may be assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
