Interactive Commodities (Pvt.) Limited (ICPL) is looking for a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive for our Office Located at I.I. Chundrigar Road Karachi. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, Generating Sales Leads and Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product features and benefits
- Experience in customer service and customer support with the ability to quickly resolve customer issues
- Proven sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Fluency in English and Urdu with strong language proficiency
- Experience in tele sales or call center environment is preferred
- Cold call or email experience for marketing.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote our products and services, generate leads, and close sales.
- Identify and connect with potential customers through social media channels.
- Must be fluent in English have good communication skills
Day Shift 11 am to 7 pm (flexi-shifts available)
Tele-calling experience (preferred outbound sales)
