InRide envisions an innovative transportation landscape, uniting cities through advanced ride-hailing and courier services. Our core mission is to enhance choices for riders and drivers, unlocking boundless possibilities in the realm of mobility.

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Care Representative (Pashto and Urdu Speaking) where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer queries and concerns. You will also handle communication with riders and drivers, assist with resolving issues, and contribute to building strong relationships with our customers.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in speaking Pashto and Urdu language
  • Professional in speaking the English language
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening
  • Experience in customer satisfaction and customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the ride-hailing or transportation industry is a plus
