Job Description:
As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list.
Introducing and explaining the company’s products or services.
Engaging potential clients in conversation to identify their needs and interests.
Gathering and documenting information about client preferences and feedback.
Scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
Meeting daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted calls per day to prospective clients.
Build professional relationship quickly with potential clients.
Accurately record call outcomes and client information in the CRM system.
Follow a script to ensure consistency and compliance, while also being adaptable.
Handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
Participate in regular training and team meetings.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Qualification should be intermediate or bachelors.
Strong listening skills and ability to build professional relationship quickly.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field is a plus but not required.
