We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - E-commerce to drive growth for our B2B platform. With 3-5 years of experience, you’ll play a key role in onboarding partners, generating sales, and expanding our marketplace by building strong relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage partners, including manufacturers and distributors.
- Pitch platform value propositions and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into buyers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and represent the company at industry events.
- Analyze market trends and gather partner feedback to improve platform features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
