Roles & Responsibilities:

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Prepare balance sheets.
Process invoices.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Update internal systems with financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank statements.
Participate in financial audits.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Assist with budget preparation.
Review and implement financial policies.
Handling of tax compliances and other tax related matters.
Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax return.
Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation.
Responsible for hadeling the Trust registration/ upgradation with secp / other trust act. Responsible for handling bank-related matters and matters related to FBR, EAD or other financial institutions for trust-related matters.

Any other related tasks by the Line Manager.

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role.
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
Should be proficient in reknowned accounting software preferably QuickBooks.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Sharp time management skills.
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or BBA
