Social Media Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies, creating engaging content, and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with our brand goals
Create compelling content in various formats (text, image, video) optimized for each platform
Manage our social media accounts on a day-to-day basis, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with our community
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, with a focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand social media assets
Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics and ROI using tools like Meta pixel, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices and adapt our strategy accordingly
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands, preferably in our industry
Expertise in running paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok, with a solid understanding of audience targeting, creative best practices, and optimization tactics
Technical proficiency in tools like Meta pixel, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices and tones
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Creative mindset with an eye for great content that resonates with audiences
Analytical skills to derive insights from social media data and make data-driven recommendations
Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
