We are seeking an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate, nurture, and close leads on LinkedIn, and other platforms as required.
Identify and target potential clients based on our product/service offerings, focusing on the software industry.
Develop and execute strategies to engage prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients through personalized follow-ups.
Utilize CRM tools for tracking lead status, client interactions, and generating reports.
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize outreach efforts.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential lead sources.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

1 - 4 years of experience in business development or outbound lead generation, specifically in the software industry.
Track record of generating and closing leads on platforms like LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and lead nurturing techniques.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Timings: Mon to Friday 5pm to 2am
