We are seeking a skilled WordPress Website Designer & Developer who possesses expertise in WordPress, PHP, UX/UI Design, and Elementor. The ideal candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting technical issues, deploying websites, and conducting thorough quality analysis. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members remotely.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop WordPress websites using Elementor, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to client specifications.

2. Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into functional websites.

3. Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.

4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to WordPress websites, plugins, and hosting environments, providing timely resolutions.

5. Conduct quality analysis and testing to identify and address any bugs or usability issues before website deployment.

6. Optimize website performance for speed, security, and SEO, implementing best practices and industry standards.

7. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in web development, WordPress, and related technologies.

8. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing WordPress websites, implementing updates and improvements as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a WordPress Website Designer & Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.

2. Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on custom theme development and plugin customization.

3. Experience using Elementor for page building and customization within WordPress.

4. Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients remotely.

7. Experience with website deployment and hosting environments, including cPanel, FTP, and DNS management.

8. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a plus.

9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 9am to 6pm EST.
