The ideal candidate should possess strong conflict resolution skills and experience in payroll management, ensuring that our workforce is managed effectively and within legal frameworks. Although the Assistant Manager HR does not manage a team directly, collaboration with various departments to gather employee feedback and drive engagement initiatives is essential. The successful candidate will contribute to creating a positive work environment and foster organizational commitment among employees.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
Respond promptly to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
Manage payroll processes by ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards to mitigate risks.
Monitor and report on employee feedback systems, identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough conflict resolution processes, maintaining fairness and confidentiality.
Collaborate with other departments to support various HR initiatives and projects.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, ensuring data integrity and security.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding processes.
