We seek a skilled and motivated Foreign Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of foreign supplier searching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate foreign suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
  • Understand and meet procurement requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Draft professional emails and other correspondence.
  • Maintain and update procurement records in Excel and Word.
  • Utilize WeChat for communication with suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of WeChat is a plus.
  • Lahore resident preferred.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
