The Boiler Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our 10-ton thermal oil heater and two 3-ton steam generators. This position requires an in-depth understanding of thermal oil systems as well as steam generator technology to maintain high safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain a 10-ton thermal oil heater and two 3-ton steam generators, ensuring optimal and safe operation.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on both thermal oil and steam systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both types of equipment promptly.
Implement and adhere to strict safety protocols and industry standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Boiler Engineer with expertise in thermal oil heaters and steam generators.
In-depth knowledge of thermal oil heating systems and steam boiler operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Relevant Class 2 boiler engineer certification or equivalent is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and respond effectively in emergency situations.
Relevant certifications and qualifications in boiler operations and safety are preferred.
