1- Monitoring & ensure the implementation of Quality defined standards & drawings on Cabinet Line.

2- 100% inspection of product /parts coming to their particular station.

3- Ensure the foaming mold/Jigs cleaning before start the production.

4- Ensure the implementation of the dies and tools during running production.

5- Confirmation of using ok Part on production floor to avoid rejection & rework.

6- Finish / remove their station rejection & rework quantities on daily basis.

7- Inform to their supervisors about the station problems.

8- Check & ensure the submission of station wise reports to their supervisors on daily basis.

9- Identification of Problems and verification of 1st sample.

10-Vigilance tests of the team members.

11- Daily internal FG(Finish good) audit two times in a shift.

12- Competition of the other tasks assigned by Subsection head/LQC section head/ QA Manager
