Building, Maintaining and Retaining Healthy Business relations with Foreign Suppliers.
Handling Suppliers queries for their Satisfaction and for Creating New Business Avenues.
Negotiate Contract terms of Agreement and Pricing.
Request for Quotation in a timely manner as per customer’s requirement and compare prices to estimate budgets for purchases.
Follow up of daily pending matters/inquiries/feedbacks.
To keep an eye on monthly import data to enhance our business where possible.
Ensure to timely send complete details of orders to suppliers and communicate to concern departments for further proceedings.
Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor
