Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into banking systems.
Verify and validate financial documents and ensure data integrity.
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and records.
Support daily banking operations and respond to client inquiries regarding accounts and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of requests and adherence to service level agreements.
Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to transactions or data entry.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Follow established procedures and compliance requirements for all banking operations.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members as required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
