Senior Merchandiser - Home Textiles

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Merchandiser with a strong background in Home Textiles Bedding, Quilting, and Greige Fabric to join our team. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production and supply of our home textile products, ensuring that they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the production and supply of home textile products, including bedding, quilting, and greige fabric
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and delivery times for materials and finished products
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
Create and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and production performance
Work closely with the design team to develop new products and improve existing ones
Ensure that products meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements:

At least 5-8 years of experience in merchandising, specifically in home textiles bedding, quilting, and greige fabric
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of obtaining the best prices and delivery times for materials and finished products
