Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to operations and ensure business continuity.
Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental protocols, promoting a culture of safety and adherence to best practices.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance, analyzing key metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional development.
