We are looking for Site Supervisor (MEP) for a project in Karachi. Experience related to Building MEP Works will be preferred.
Requirements:
- DAE Civil, Electrical, or Equivalent
- Min Experience – 3 years in the construction of Multi Storey buildings
- The candidates must be self-driven, possess initiative, and dynamic
- Must have computer literacy, especially MS offices
- Experience in understanding and executing electrical works include lighting, power, load schedules, single line diagram, internal & external electrical works and their testing
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP drawings
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Electricalworks independently
- Coordinate with Project Engineer & Civil Supervisory staff
- Develop procedures and SOPs to ensure that no wastage and/or pilferage of MEP material takes place at the site
- Supervise Electrical works as per design and specifications while ensuring required quality
- Monitor all Sub Contractors’ work progress and dealing
- Regular testing of all Electrical works as per standard
- Write Daily Progress Reports & Material Utilization Reports
The following skills will be an added advantage:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be highly preferred.
- Be able to create Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings
- Experience in Infrastructure Works
- Labor management skills will be highly valued
- Experience in understanding and executing plumbing & drainage works including PPRC pipe works, uPVC pipe works, GI pipe works, and their testing.
