Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for SEO services.
    • Identify and target potential clients through market research and data analysis.
  2. Client Acquisition:

    • Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase SEO services.
  3. Account Management:

    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing ongoing support and communication.
  4. SEO Knowledge:

    • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and best practices.
    • Provide clients with insights and recommendations for improving their SEO performance.
  5. Proposal and Contract Management:

    • Prepare and present customized SEO proposals to clients.
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  6. Performance Tracking:

    • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
    • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure alignment between sales promises and service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
  8. Training and Development:

    • Mentor and train junior sales staff on effective sales techniques and SEO knowledge.
    • Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
  9. Market Analysis:

    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
    • Adjust sales strategies based on market trends and insights.
  10. Reporting:

    • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations based on client interactions and market trends.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO or Web Development sales or a related field.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
