We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Agent to join our team. As a CCTV Monitoring Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing live and recorded video footage from various security cameras to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises. You will play a critical role in detecting and responding to potential security threats, unauthorized activities, and emergencies.

Responsibilities:

Monitor live and recorded video feeds from multiple CCTV cameras to identify and assess potential security breaches, suspicious activities, and safety concerns.
Operate and navigate through surveillance software platforms to view and manage camera feeds efficiently.
Collaborate closely with on-site security personnel, law enforcement, and emergency responders to coordinate appropriate actions in response to incidents.
Maintain constant vigilance over assigned camera feeds, ensuring maximum coverage and attention to detail.
Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and notifications generated by the surveillance system.
Document and log all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts accurately and thoroughly.
Escalate critical situations to higher authorities and follow established protocols for incident response.
Keep up-to-date with security procedures, emergency response plans, and company policies to effectively execute responsibilities.
Perform routine checks on camera equipment, ensuring proper functionality and reporting any technical issues for resolution.
Provide clear and concise communication through written reports and verbal updates to supervisors and team members.
Adhere to confidentiality requirements and maintain the highest level of professionalism and ethics in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

Intermediate or equivalent; additional training or certifications in security monitoring is a plus.
Proven experience in security monitoring, CCTV operation, or a related field is advantageous.
Familiarity with various types of security cameras, surveillance software, and related equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused during extended periods of video monitoring.
Excellent observational and analytical skills to quickly identify unusual or suspicious activities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to relay information accurately and concisely.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions while adhering to established protocols.
Proficient in using computers, navigating software interfaces, and adapting to new technologies.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Demonstrated reliability and accountability in meeting work commitments and deadlines.
Ethical and trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
