Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Design Review:
- Assist in project planning, design review, and implementation to ensure project objectives are met.
- Construction Supervision:
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with authorized specifications and regulatory requirements.
Bill of Quantities & Estimates:
- Prepare bills of quantities and estimates for construction projects.
Site Visits & Inspections:
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and provide technical guidance.
Documentation & Record Management:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including technical records and reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and PEC Registration.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience in construction and supervision.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in construction and supervision for candidates with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma holders require a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering, project planning, and construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera P6, and MS Office software.
- Knowledge of ETABS, SAP, and Safe is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of building regulations, codes, and standards.
Other Requirements:
- Relevant certifications or licenses, such as IEP or PEC, are a plus
