The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, particularly focusing on LAN & WAN networks and analog CCTV camera systems. This position requires hands-on experience in the field, ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting, and supporting various industrial IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LAN & WAN networks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide field support for IT infrastructure in an industrial environment.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of analog CCTV camera systems.
- Regularly inspect and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment in an industrial setting.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and backups.
- Ensure network security by implementing appropriate measures and performing regular assessments.
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot IT-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve the IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT, particularly in industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with LAN & WAN networks, including installation, troubleshooting, and security measures.
- Strong knowledge of analog CCTV systems and field installation.
- Ability to work in a field-based role with minimal supervision.
