We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive (Female) to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Customer-focused with a talent for building lasting relationships.
- Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the Lahore market and its dynamics.
