We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Networking Expert to provide ongoing support for our networking needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Cisco, Fortinet, and MikroTik devices and technologies. This role requires providing on-demand support on a daily basis, addressing networking issues, configuring devices, and ensuring optimal network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote support and troubleshooting for Cisco, Fortinet, and MikroTik networking devices.
Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues to ensure optimal operation.
Assist with network security measures, including firewall configurations and intrusion detection.
Collaborate with the team to design and implement network solutions for various projects.
Respond to support requests in a timely manner, providing efficient and effective resolutions.
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and MikroTik networking devices.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.
Experience in configuring and managing firewalls, routers, and switches.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex networking issues remotely.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, NSE, MTCNA) are highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to address support needs as they arise.
