Our expanding company is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our on-site team. We are committed to providing exceptional accounting services to our clients and are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal policies.
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO), Xero, and other related platforms.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
