We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer and Lead Generator to join our team. This role involves creating and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads, ultimately generating sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various online marketing channels, developing creative campaigns, and optimizing digital assets to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:

    • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies using SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
    • Identify and capture qualified leads through various digital channels, including web forms, landing pages, email marketing, and social media outreach.
    • Use data-driven approaches to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
  2. Digital Marketing Campaigns:

    • Create, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as social media, email, content marketing, and display ads.
    • Manage budgets for paid campaigns, optimize ad performance, and analyze the return on investment (ROI).
    • Use marketing automation tools to streamline and scale marketing campaigns.
  3. SEO and Content Optimization:

    • Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to enhance organic search visibility and traffic.
    • Develop and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences.
    • Optimize content for conversion and lead generation, using analytics to track performance.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM analytics.
    • Make data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  5. Social Media Management:

    • Develop and manage social media strategy, including content creation, community engagement, and paid social campaigns.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging platforms to maximize social media engagement and lead generation.
  6. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with sales teams to align lead generation strategies with sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams to execute effective campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, lead generation, or related roles.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and lead tracking systems.
