We are looking for a Manager Finance to join our team at our Maripur branch. If you are an experienced finance expert who thrives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
- Conduct risk management and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
