We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with proven success in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Analyze market trends and data to stay ahead of the competition
Manage a team of sales and marketing professionals
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies
Experience with digital marketing preferred
