Major Accountabilities:

  • To oversee the complete production process for yarn dyeing, weaving & fabric finishing.
  • To lead and supervise weaving, yarn dyeing and finishing team.
  • To oversee the timely and accurate preparation of production schedules.
  • To oversee reporting related to quality, recovery, yields, stock reconciliations and maintenance for stocks of relevant dyes and chemicals.

Criteria

  • Educational background
  • Textiles’ Engineering with specialization in either Weaving, Fabric Finishing or Yarn dyeing.

Experience:

5-7 years of production experience in weaving yarn dyeing and spinning of a Textiles firm.

  • Experience in denim fabric manufacturing.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Ability to work with simulated reports and datasheets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with Internal software/ERP.
  • Complete command on Microsoft Office.
  • General Communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb technical knowledge while being a good listener.  
  • Ability to write professional dossier and emails.   
  • Competence
  • Competence in spinning processes is essential.
