As we aim to become a leader in the fintech space, similar to FPFX, we are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and help build robust, scalable, and secure solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality fintech applications, including backends, websites, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement APIs and microservices architecture.
- Ensure the security and compliance of all systems with industry standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
- Work with senior developers and contribute to team projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the fintech industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript (Node.js, React.js), Python, and PHP.
- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Awareness of fintech regulations and security best practices.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or developing for proprietary trading firms.
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
