This role focuses on delivering high-quality support through voice interactions and avatar-based communication. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong focus on voice-based support.
Familiarity with avatar-based communication tools and platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
