Public Relationship Officer

ELP Education System is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Public Relationship Officer to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to our clients. As the first point of contact with the clients, the candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and dealing with general inquiries.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, both existing and potential, through various communication channels such as social media platforms and email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to clients and potential clients on our courses.
Process registrations and enrollments.
Respond to emails and social media messages in a timely manner.
Build relationships with clients through regular communication.
Follow up on leads generated through Facebook ads.
Maintain accurate records of all inquiries and registrations.
Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Fluency in English and Urdu.
Female candidate is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the education sector or a related field
Knowledge of safety courses such as NEBOSH, IOSHA, and OSHA
