We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain our company's database with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work closely with our data team and Data Manager to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer and account data from source documents within set time limits.
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and ensure data quality.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Apply data program techniques and procedures to enhance data accuracy.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups.
Scan documents and print files as needed for record-keeping and verification.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.
Respond to information requests from authorized team members promptly.
Ensure proper use of office equipment and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is advantageous.
Proven data entry work experience, ideally as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
Proficiency with MS Office and data entry programs.
Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to stay focused and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position.
Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
