We are looking for experienced, motivated and dynamic staff for the English Works! Program on a contractual basis for a period of seven months in Haripur. The English Works Program is sponsored by the Regional English Language Office (RELO) at the U.S. Embassy Islamabad. It is a six-months program for students aged 17-25 from low income households. In-person classes will be held four days a week after-school in the afternoon.
QUALIFICATION: Administrative assistant should have preferably high-school degree
EXPERIENCE:
- Administrative assistant will be responsible for logistical, administrative, and office support during the project execution
- Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience.
- Administrative assistant will provide administrative assistance to the immediate supervisor to ensure that routine services and activities are properly implemented.
- He/she will receive regular guidance from his/her supervisor.
- The incumbent may require liaising with other internal or external entities, to ensure effective delivery of classes and achievement of objectives, under the guidance of the supervisor.
