HR Intern

We are seeking a passionate and motivated HR Intern who has recently completed their graduation in Human Resources. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation planning, and follow-ups.
Help maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Assist with HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll support.
Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct research and assist in creating HR policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications:

A recent graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The Dukan app enables micro and small sellers with a full-stack e-commerce platform that not only enables online selling, but also online payments, locally integrated delivery options, online marketing and access to sales and stock performance insights through the app. Managing khata, ordering stock from wholesalers and a dedicated POS for retail stores are some of the key features of the Dukan app, designed to enable and digitize the $160 Billion distribution and retail market in Pakistan. Retailers are also able to access credit, by applying for a loan through the Dukan app, for purchasing stock without affecting their cash flows.
