We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our night-shift IT-based call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through innovative sales strategies. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and expand client base.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to secure deals that align with company objectives and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Utilize email marketing tools, sales automation tools, and lead generation tools to generate quality leads and enhance sales processes.
- Implement lead-scoring techniques to prioritize potential clients and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry best practices and enhance professional growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content and campaigns with business development efforts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Actively seek feedback and continuously improve sales techniques to achieve targets and drive personal success.
