Develop and implement production schedules that meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to production team members.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety protocols and regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and machinery, scheduling preventative maintenance.
Train new employees on production processes, machinery operation, and safety procedures.
Motivate and coach production team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Track production data and generate reports to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
