Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The SDR will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying potential clients and initiating the first steps in the sales cycle. Utilizing platforms such as Discord, Telegram, email, and other communication channels, you will reach out to prospects, introduce them to our services, and schedule meetings for our sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients in the Web3 and blockchain industry.
Outreach Initiatives: Proactively engage with prospects through Discord, Telegram, email, and other platforms.
Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of prospects to determine alignment with our services.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation and meeting bookings.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to Decrypted Labs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service is advantageous.
Familiarity with the Web3 space, blockchain technology, and financial applications.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in crafting compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
