We are seeking an experienced Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns specially in the home services niche (roofing, cleaning, locksmith, etc.) and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and optimize high-performing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns tailored to home service businesses.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Set up, monitor, and manage analytics tools and tracking systems, including Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, to ensure accurate performance measurement.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve conversions and reduce costs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, particularly in Google and Meta platforms.
A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to boost campaign efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to align ad campaigns with business goals and strategies.

Requirements:

5-6 years of experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, specifically in the home services niche.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of success in running paid campaigns, with examples and case studies showcasing results (e.g., ROI, lead generation, cost per lead).
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook/Meta Business Suite.
In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, bid strategies, and ad placement optimization.
Certifications in Google Ads and/or Facebook/Meta Blueprint are highly preferred.
Excellent communication and reporting skills to share campaign performance with the team and clients.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM platforms and integrating ads with CRM systems.
Familiarity with other platforms like TikTok Ads or YouTube Ads (a bonus).
Ability to create engaging ad copy and visuals or coordinate with designers to achieve desired results.
