Oversee and manage Quality Control function in Laundry (Garment Dry and Wet Process)
Ensure that quality excellence is achieved in manufacturing process.
Shade Band evaluation,1st Wash Load Analysis TOP/Shipment sample evaluation.
Review counter copies of shade bands in washing on daily basis
Ensure product conformance as per customer standard, review and approve Measurement decisions, verify & approve copies of shade band in finishing area for shade wise packing
Maximize the first pass yield percentage at QA Batch audit, Minimize DHU & Rejection of Laundry, Ensure Batch integrity is maintained in laundry to minimize rework, Implementation of SOP’s in laundry to ensure product conformance as per customer requirement
Train quality supervisors and checkers as per quality protocols to improve working efficiency.
Align the modern quality approach as per customer standards and best manufacturing practices with a strong focus on producing right first time.
