We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Expert to join our team in Civic Centre, Rawalpindi. The Sales Expert will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, and a passion for exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect Identification: Utilize various channels to identify and research potential clients in the UK market.

  2. Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other lead generation techniques.

  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations to showcase our digital marketing services and solutions to prospective clients.

  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing timely support, and offering solutions that align with their business goals.

  5. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  6. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and ensuring timely follow-up.

  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.

  8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that support sales efforts.

  9. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

  10. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in digital marketing technologies and techniques to enhance sales effectiveness and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
