Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects that we receive on freelancing platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, etc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects and will be able to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new clients to help grow the company's client base. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. The Project Manager will be expected to communicate regularly with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and will need to be able to convey ideas clearly and effectively. Additionally, the Project Manager may be required to prepare written reports, proposals, and other documents, so excellent writing skills are also important. The ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements, provide regular updates on project progress, and manage any issues or concerns that arise
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure project success
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including quality standards and project management best practices
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement changes to improve project outcomes
Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to help grow the company's client base
Respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals and presentations, and negotiate project terms and conditions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or engineering
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in a software development or digital marketing environment
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and to make timely and effective decisions
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
Experience in business development and client management is preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or JIRA
Certification in project management, such as PMP, is preferred
