Social Media Manager

Cogent Labs is looking for a creative and success-driven Social Media Manager. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies which will include creating both video and static content for our LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook page to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for the LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages of Cogent Labs.
Craft descriptive captions that captivate and inspire engagement for the posts.
Keep the brand message the same on all platforms.
Help create and implement effective social media strategies that help in positive brand image.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content ideas that fit the company goals and are appealing to the target audience to increase engagement.
Monitor industry trends and observe competitive social media activities to uncover new opportunities and inspire creative ideas.
Ability to design independently and have a keen eye for visually appealing aesthetics.
Plan and manage a content calendar to make sure content is posted on time and regularly.
Engage with followers, answer all the queries professionally on time.
Analyze social media metrics to measure the results.
Compile regular reports on social media key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer insights for optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a social media role.
In-depth understanding of algorithms, strategies, and trends across major social media platforms.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
Analytical thinking with the capability to analyze data and derive practical insights.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Preferred

Experience in the tech industry.
